Panama City Animal Hospital History Dr. Richard Alker founded Panama City Animal Hospital in 1987. The office was originally located 1 mile North of its current location on Highway 231. In June of 2000, Dr. Alker moved the practice to its current location at 4307 Highway 231. Then, in June of 2009, Dr Robyn Focke purchased the practice and inherited a wonderful staff, clients, and of course, the clinic mascot, Gomer.
