Payment is required at the time services are rendered. Any deviation from this policy should be taken up with a staff member prior to services being performed.

A deposit is required when animals are left for major surgery, treatment or hospitalization. An estimate outlining the treatment plan and services to be provided will be given prior to admitting any patient to the hospital.

Our hospital is a flea-free environment. Animals entering the hospital will be given a Capstar tablet by mouth if fleas are found on them.

For the safety of our other patients and staff, all pets being dropped off for baths or other services must be current on all applicable vaccines and testing.

Emergency services are provided to current clients of Panama City Animal Hospital. Please call the regular clinic number at 784-6914.

We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Your personal check is also welcomed. Please be advised that there is a $35.00 fee for all returned checks.
